1. We adopt a yellow-green bi-color marking that is an international standard. This way, it is easily visible in dull surroundings with oil, and helps eliminate wire mixing.

The common single-color or sticker-type earth markers are likely to become worn, detached or covered with oil during maintenance works of machines causing by accident to connect ground wire to power line, so that protective earth leakage device trips or machine body becomes electrified leading to more rework/safety remediation costs.

Colored heat shrink tubes have color codes and a insulator that protects. The colors won't go anywhere after shrinking since they are embedded in the wall. Product Introduction:

The inner diameter of the unshrunk tube ranges from 2.0mm to 180.0mm, with wall thickness tolerances being very accurate and well controllable so that one can choose and use the right kind of shrink tube for wires and terminal sizes. Applications of Colored Heat Shrink Tubing:
· Electrical grounding equipment: Primarily used for indicating and insulation of protective conductors (PE) and grounding wires in power systems by a set of colors.

FAQ:
1. What are the key points to note during the installation of shrink tubing?
It is recommended to use a heat gun or constant temperature oven for even heating, controlling the temperature between 110℃ and 130℃ to avoid localized overheating and scorching of the tubing wall. Before shrinking, clean the conductor surface of any burrs and oil stains to ensure a tight fit without any air bubbles.
2. Does the heat shrink sleeve support non-standard colors?
Yes. In addition to the standard yellow-green two-tone, other color combinations can be customized.
