Cold Shrink Tube

1.​‍​‌‍​‍‌ The inside of the cold shrink EPDM tube has a sealing layer to ensure cable joints and terminations from 0.6kV to 35kV are well protected and insulated.
2. Material of cold shrink EPDM tube is ozone-proof, UV rays resistant and has a broad temperature range. In terms of flame retardancy, it is rated as UL 94 V-0. Besides oil resistance, it is also resistant to acids and alkalis.
3. The black cold shrink tube can be used with cable joints or terminations having outer diameters in the range of 10.0–70.0 mm and the complete shrinkage length varies from 152–457 ​‍​‌‍​‍‌mm.

1.​‍​‌‍​‍‌ The silicone cold shrink tube with mastic has a dielectric strength of 9.1 kV/mm, which makes it possible for the material to be used very safely and reliably at electric junctions where voltage is present across the material.
2. The cold shrink with mastic offers tensile strength of ≥7 MPa and elongation at break ≥650%, allowing a very good balance between strength and flexibility.
3. The cold shrink tube with adhesive is highly resistant to chemical exposure to acids, alkalis, oils, and greases and, therefore, its applicability includes very harsh environments in the industries and also in the chemical ​‍​‌‍​‍‌laboratories.

1. Silicone rubber cold shrink tubing, tested according to ASTM D412, exhibits tensile strength ≥7.0 MPa, elongation at break ≥650%, and tear strength ≥25 kN/m.
2. The cold shrinkable tube is ozone resistant for 70 hours, UV resistant for 1000 hours, and has Class 1 mildew resistance. Its surface is less prone to dust accumulation, reducing the frequency of outdoor inspections.
3. The communication silicone tube has a flame retardant rating of UL94-HB, meeting the basic fire safety requirements for communication equipment and outdoor locations.
