Inside Our Factory
In terms of production scale and capacity, our factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, has over 100 employees and more than 40 pieces of specialized equipment, and is capable of simultaneously undertaking mass production tasks for various cable accessories.
Regarding quality control, we strictly implement the ISO9001 quality management system and have obtained CE EU sealing tape certification. The factory has a dedicated quality inspection department that inspects the appearance, quantity, and performance of each batch of products before they leave the factory, and provides an inspection report with each shipment to ensure that the products meet relevant standards.
The factory is equipped with multiple dedicated production lines covering extrusion, molding, injection molding, and expansion processes, forming a complete manufacturing chain. Specifically, these include:
Overhead line covers: 3 extruders.
Sleeve covers: 5 molding machines, 3 injection molding machines.
Heat shrink tubing/sleeves: 13 plastic extruders, 10 oil expansion machines, 5 air expansion machines.
Heat shrink boots: 5 molding machines, 3 injection molding machines.
Cable end caps: 5 molding machines, 3 injection molding machines.
Heat shrink repair tubing tape: 13 plastic extruders.
Silicone insulating tape: 3 silicone extruders.
Heat shrink cable terminals/joints: 13 plastic extruders, 10 oil expansion machines, 5 air expansion machines.
Cold shrink cable terminals/joints: 5 molding machines, 3 injection molding machines.
Waterproof insulating sealant tape: 4 sealant extruders.
Cold shrink tubing: 3 silicone extruders.
We primarily manufacture heat-shrink and cold-shrink cables, connectors, heat-shrink tubing, junction boxes, overhead line protective covers, and sealing and waterproof tapes. Our heat-shrink products utilize radiation cross-linking technology, while our cold-shrink products employ a mature silicone vulcanization process, allowing us to flexibly meet customized performance requirements. Leveraging our comprehensive equipment layout and technological processes, the company boasts the following monthly production capacities for each product category:
