Changchun Chemistry Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of power and communication cable accessories. As one of the early manufacturers in China's cable accessory industry, we have established a strong reputation in domestic and international markets thanks to our robust production and new product development capabilities.
Production Scale and Capacity:
Founded in 1986, the company boasts over 40 years of industry experience. Currently, our factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, employs over 200 people, and is equipped with more than 40 professional production lines, capable of simultaneously meeting the mass production needs of various types of cable accessories.
The company possesses multiple dedicated production lines, covering extrusion, molding, injection molding, and expansion processes. Leveraging a complete manufacturing chain and equipment layout, the company's monthly production capacity reaches millions or tens of thousands of meters. For example, monthly production of heat shrink tubing/sleeving reaches 5 million meters; monthly production of cable end caps reaches 30,000; and monthly production of heat shrink cable terminals/joints reaches 10,000 sets each (production volumes vary depending on the product; please contact us for details).
Product System and Technology:
With technical support from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the company has established a manufacturing system covering heat-shrink and cold-shrink terminals, connectors, cable heat-shrink tubing, junction boxes, overhead line protective covers, and various sealing and waterproof tapes. The products are suitable for voltage levels up to 220kV.
Simultaneously, our company continuously optimizes the processes for cable accessories, mastering radiation cross-linking technology in the heat-shrink product field and possessing mature silicone vulcanization technology in the cold-shrink product field. This enables efficient response to product performance and customized needs.
Quality Management and Certification:
The company strictly implements the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Our products have passed CE EU sealing tape certification and possess type test reports for cable heat shrink terminals and intermediate joints issued by independent third-party international certified laboratories. Exported products also comply with RoHS, REACH, and other regulations.
We have a quality inspection department that conducts appearance, quantity, and performance tests on all products before they leave the factory, providing factory inspection reports to ensure product compliance with standards.
Service Support:
We have a technical team capable of designing product structures and adjusting processes according to project needs, consistently integrating quality and responsibility into every aspect of R&D, production, and service. The company is customer-project-success-oriented, providing full-process support from pre-sales to after-sales.
·Pre-sales Service: We provide detailed product descriptions, pictures, videos, and other information to help customers accurately select products. Customized solutions and lower minimum order quantities are available based on customer needs, and sample mailing is supported.
·After-sales service: Shipping methods are customized according to customer requirements; multiple trade terms are supported, including FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP; packaging uses cardboard boxes, wrapped in plastic film, and finally placed on pallets.
