Selecting cold shrink joint stress tubes depends on comparing the measured outer diameter of the cable joint with specifications. Prior to the actual product acquisition the dimensions of a sample can be cross checked with the product. If an item has not been opened for a standard product that does not adversely affect resale, returns or exchanges should be discussed and agreed upon within 7 working days of receipt based on measured data and serial number; the customized product is settled in accordance with the contract.
