CCMT's riple layer heat shrinkable tubing adopts a semiconductive/insulating/elastic three-layer structure, forms an integrated composite pipe body through a co-extrusion process, and uses a cross-linked thick-walled structure to provide higher retraction force. After heat shrinkable installation, it can continue to adhere to the cable joint area while retaining a certain degree of elasticity to adapt to the size change of the cable insulation layer due to thermal expansion and contraction.
Product Introduction:
The tri-layer shrinkable tube for cable joint is a thick-walled heat shrinkable product specially used for the insulation treatment of power cable joints. During installation, the pipe is thermally contracted by a heating temperature of 135 - 150 ° C, and the shrunk pipe body can closely adhere to the cable joint and insulation layer. The three-layer structure assumes the functions of electrical stress control, insulation protection and elastic recovery respectively, allowing the product to not only provide insulation coverage, but also adapt to the size changes occurring during cable operation.
