1. Heat shrink tubings can safely be subjected to a voltage of 2000V for 60 seconds without failure. Their dielectric strength is over 15 kV/mm which guarantees an insulating layer around electrical joints.
2. Wire heat shrink from our range retains great physical characteristics within the temperature extremes of -40℃ and 125℃ and withstands long-term thermal aging conditions.
3. Wire shrink wrap of ours can be applied with a heat gun, is low-voltage safe, and avoids shorts.
Due to heat shrink tubing being shrink differently when they come out in bulk, the product after installation may have uneven shrinkage, which leads to areas with less or no covering at all and/or significant length errors. Apart from the reduction of the protective quality, these defects result in rework and replacement, which in turn leads to increase in man power cost and delay in production.
With that in mind, our thin-walled heat shrink tubing fully shrinkable at 80℃ and 120℃. With a longitudinal shrinkage rate strictly controlled to be only ±5%, it wraps tightly and smoothly around the heated cable and connectors, maintaining their original size, reducing installation mistakes and redo rate, thereby, you can reduce assembling time significantly and meet project deadlines without any trouble.

Introduction to Heat Shrink Tubing:
The wire shrink wraps are manufactured using flexible cross-linked polyolefins which provide superior electrical insulation, resistance to abrasion and a certain level of resistance to chemical corrosion. Being a heat shrink tube, it gets uniformly smaller when heated and fits the wires, terminals or connectors securely. It is extensively used in electronics, automotive and household wirings, can be installed via heat gun, safeguards against short circuits efficiently and conforms with low-voltage safety standards so that it works flawlessly all the time.
