1. A power conductor sheath protector, also known as an insulation sleeve, is a solid and dependable part, created to provide electrical insulation and safeguarding of electric conductors ranging from low-voltage to high-voltage (generally up to 0.6kV–33kV or 0.6kV–36kV).

1. Excellent Electrical Insulation Performance, Providing Reliable Protection for Overhead Lines.
Overhead conductor covers are mainly fabricated with high-performance polyolefins. Such materials exhibit top insulation behavior, so short circuits, flashovers, and unintentional touch will be prevented. It is worthy to mention that dielectric strength is as high as 25/42 kilovolts which, with volume resistivity of at least one times the ten to the power of 13 ohm-centimetres, will guarantee protection for uncovered overhead lines that is practically error-free.

Product is manufactured using high-performance polyolefins with addition of UV stabilizers and antioxidants. It has passed an intense test according to the ISO 4892-3 UV aging standard and its lifespan in an outdoor environment is between 10 to 25 years.
2. Is the overhead line cover installation complicated?
No. The product is designed with an open configuration, allowing you to keep the conductor intact during installation. Just wrap the sheath around the line and fold it, which saves your time for installation.
