1. Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For large-volume orders (such as heat shrink tubing, cable terminals, junction boxes, etc.), sea freight is our primary recommended method. Leveraging our geographical advantages, we maintain long-term partnerships with several well-known shipping companies, ensuring stable space availability and providing full tracking services under international trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and CFR.
2. Air Freight and International Express: For sample orders, urgent replenishment, or high-value small-batch products (such as special cold shrink connectors), we support air freight services, ensuring goods reach customers in the shortest possible time.
3. Multimodal Transport: For landlocked countries or specific project locations, we can coordinate rail or land transport connections and provide door-to-door services such as DDP. We will be responsible for customs clearance and tax payment throughout the process, simplifying your receiving process.
Strict Export Packaging Standards.
Cable accessories are precision industrial components, and their physical integrity and insulation performance directly affect the safety of the power system. Therefore, we strictly adhere to a "three-layer protection" packaging standard to ensure the product remains undamaged during long-distance sea transport or multiple transshipments.
1. Inner Layer Protection (Moisture-proof Insulation): All heat shrink tubing, terminals, and sealing tape are individually sealed with high-density polyethylene film, effectively isolating moisture and salt spray, ensuring stable electrical performance during storage.
2. Middle Layer Filling (Compression Cushioning): Customized corrugated cardboard partitions or environmentally friendly foam are used for filling to prevent scratches on the silicone rubber surface of cold-shrink products or deformation of injection-molded parts due to collisions during transportation.
3. Outer Layer Reinforcement (Palletized Containerization): Finished products are finally packed into high-strength export-grade corrugated cartons. For heavy goods or large-sized cable end caps and intermediate joints, we use fumigation-free plywood boxes for reinforcement. All cartons are secured to standardized wooden or plastic pallets and bundled with strapping in a crisscross pattern for easy forklift loading and unloading.
Convenient and Secure Payment Methods.
To adapt to the business practices of different global markets, we offer diversified payment solutions, ensuring the security and convenience of fund transfers. All payment terms are clearly defined after the sales contract is signed.
We support wire transfer (T/T) settlement, where a 30% deposit is paid upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due upon presentation of a copy of the bill of lading. We also accept letters of credit at sight (L/C at sight), with 30% prepayment before production and the remaining 70% by letter of credit.
